What payment methods do you accept?
You can use any card to make a payment.

Do you ship to my country?
You can find out by checking the drop-down menu of all the countries we ship to, located in the Shipping section.

Where Is My Order ?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please check in your account email and order number to monitor order status.

Tips for Shipping

1) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
2) Germany is as our logistics hub of (Only United States) DHL.
3) Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S outlying territories are not accepted. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Non-delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by MichelaBella

Can I exchange or return ?
Yes! Items can be returned for a refund or an exchange as long as:
It is within 30 days of the ship date (returning package must be postmarked as so), and the merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
